This speculative talent and product shoot presents a contemporary interpretation of Toni Wolff's Structural Forms of the Feminine Psyche, exploring four archetypal figures: The Medium, The Mother, The Hetaira (a.k.a. the brat), and The Amazon. Each figure is portrayed through stylized portraiture alongside personal items she might carry, adding layers to her identity and challenging traditional perceptions while honoring Wolff’s original concepts.
The Mother appears as a devoted caregiver with items reflecting her sacrifices; The Hetaira embodies empowered sexuality and autonomy; The Amazon, a career-driven woman, holds tools of her professional life; and The Medium explores spirituality and introspection. Through intentional prop selection, wardrobe styling, and atmospheric lighting, each image tells a resonant story of modern womanhood, inviting viewers to reflect on the complexities of feminine identity and the ongoing relevance of these psychological archetypes.
